- A seasoned entrepreneur with over 27 years of experience across poultry, industrial, and engineering enterprises, Mr. Pradeep Kumar leads farm management, livestock welfare, and logistics operations at Kasthuri Breeding Farms. His parallel leadership of Kasturi Poultry Farms and VV Breeding Farms gives him deep, hands-on command of production, supply chain, and quality across the poultry value chain. His industrial engineering background — including Managing Director roles at Innovative Pulp Products (India) and Nandana Thermo Formeers, both focused on eco-friendly pulp and thermoformed packaging — allows him to introduce operational and sustainability efficiencies across the group's breeding ecosystem.

- Role & Expertise
- A second-generation poultry entrepreneur, Mr. Balaji oversees financial controls, corporate management, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across the group. He spearheaded the implementation of enterprise-grade ERP systems to digitise shed-level farm tracking and supply chain integration. As Managing Partner of Chandrans Poultry Farm — one of South India's largest table egg operations at 580,000 birds in lay — and Owner of Chandrans Feeds, the automated 10 TPH feed mill that supplies Kasthuri Breeding Farms' custom nutrition under contract, he brings vertically integrated, engineering-led discipline to every stage of the value chain, from feed to breeding to production. His work has been recognised among India's 10 Most Promising Animal Husbandry Businesses (Silicon India, 2021).
